NI announces that they extend this month the coverage of their service center located in mainland China. This extention includes a significant portion of the NFC and Wireless Charging range of testers.
This investment will considerably ease the life of our customers in this region. The result will be less paperwork and a faster processing time in case they need service to be performed on their test equipment.
This addition strengthens our already established sales and technical support capability in mainland China. The testers supported today in our China service center are the Contactless Test Station, the MP500 TCL3, and the MP500 PT1NFC.
All necessary logistic instructions are provided upon opening a ticket on our helpdesk.
